Postpartum Nutrition Workshop
Postpartum depletion is real—and it affects far more than your energy levels. Without the right nourishment, your body struggles to heal, your mood can take a hit, and breastfeeding can feel like a battle.
This workshop is here to change that.
Designed for both expecting and new mums, this session will give you the practical tools, knowledge and nourishment strategies to truly support your body in the weeks and months after birth—so you’re not just surviving, but steadily recovering and finding joy in this new season.
Led by holistic nutrition consultant, Kalyca Crisa, this empowering workshop is designed to help you prepare for birth and deeply nourish your body through the sacred fourth trimester. We’ll cover how to use food as medicine to support recovery after both vaginal and c-section births, milk supply, and navigating common postpartum challenges like hair loss, fatigue, and mastitis. Grounded in both modern science and traditional wisdom, you’ll walk away with the tools, recipes and confidence to nourish your body and thrive in early motherhood.
The Details;
The 30th of May 2025, 12-1:30pm, upstairs in House of Health (49 George Street, Norwood, Adelaide)
12pm-12:30pm Welcome & introducing Chelsea Barker from DRIP for light stretching and a moment of deep breathing
